OFSTED STYLE REVIEW

 

Using the Ofsted frame work we can undertake in-class lesson observations, social time and lesson transition observations, analysis of behaviour data and trends and procedures. We provide immediate verbal feedback to the leadership team and a detailed written report. The report will recommend action points and offer support services to address these points.

 

SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS TO HIGH FIXED TERM AND PERMANENT EXCLUSIONS

 

An assessment of current practises employed and their impact, together with developing and embedding strategies with leadership and staff, to reduce fixed term and permanent exclusions.

 

COACHING SUPPORT

 

We have programmes to support individuals or small groups of staff who would benefit from developing their skills in effective behaviour management. We can contribute to NQT Induction packages or deliver complete programmes dependent on client needs. These programmes combine in-class observations with personalised programmes in class coaching to practise their skills.

 

In addition, we offer short term support packages for newly appointed staff into roles of responsibility around behaviour and ethos. This includes advising on strategic vision, putting vision into action and building capacity to lead and manage effectively.
